General description
Nauders am Reschenpass and the valley station of the Bergkastelseilbahn are reachable with the public bus.
At the Arsangsloipe, the circuit runs from the Bergkastel valley station to Fuhrmannsloch and back (classic trail).

The trail is a classic double-track trail and mostly leads over quite gentle, partly hilly terrain. This trail is also the perfect circuit for beginners. The Café Restaurant Arsangs at the valley station and the kiosk or one or the other pizzeria on the Italian border invite you to stop for a bite to eat.
The Arsangsloipe at Nauders am Reschenpass starts direct at the outskirts of Nauders, above the castle Naudersberg. The access is from the outskirt of town and from the valley station of the Bergkastelseilbahn possible.

General description
Classic high cross-country ski track at the Mutzkopf from the "Tiefer Gatter" to the Schwarzer See
Length: 10 kilometers
Level of difficulty: difficult/black
Differenz of altitude: 138 meters
Parking lot: directly at the valley station of the chairlift Mutzkopf
The trail starts above the "Tiefer Gatter" and leads to the natural jewel of the Schwarzer See. The special thing about it is that the start of the cross-country trail is just above 1,574 metres. Once you reach the top, you will experience a breathtaking winter landscape in the Tyrolean mountains. Stop for refreshments at the Riatschhof.
Tip: The best way to get to the start is on foot. (Footpath approx. 30 minutes from the Mutzkopf valley station).
From the valley station of the chairlift Mutzkopf, at the outskirts of Nauders there leads a winter-hiking trail from the valley station in direction to the Mutzkopf and the Gasthof Riatsch to the start of the Höhenloipe Schwarzer See slightly above the "Tiefer Gatter".

General description
The Libaneresloipe leads from the edge of the village to the valley station and back again. From the valley station you can join other trails. The trail is the perfect circular route with one or two slight ascents and descents. Refreshment stops: Gasthof Martha or Restaurant Arsangs at the valley station.
Tip: The best way to get to the start is on foot via Alte Straße past Naudersberg Castle in the direction of the valley station / Gasthof Martha or via the Oberdorf connecting trail.

General description
The Moas high-altitude trail runs through a very beautiful forest landscape from the Norbertshöhe to the Pflanzgarten and back again. The trail is exposed to rougher terrain and therefore technically more demanding to run. However, the scenic view of the Engadine compensates for this. Stop for refreshments at the Gasthof Norbertshöhe.
At the valley station of the chairlit Mutzkopf, at the outskirts of Nauders you follow the street in direction to the Norbertshöhe to the Gasthof Norbertshöhe. (at the right site of the street) At the opposite of the Gasthof Norbertshöhe at the left site of the street there is the entrance of the Moasloipe.
Parking place directly at the opposite of the Gasthof Norbertshöhe at the left site of the street.
The public bus number 273 (Martina-Mals) stops directly in front of the Norbertshöhe.

General description
The Reschen circular trail, which can be combined several times, is very attractive for cross-country skiers. 
You can start from Gasthof Martha via the Libaneresloipe, which then joins the Reschenloipe at the valley station, or you can start directly at the valley station. The trail leads across the slightly hilly Arsang meadows in the direction of Fuhrmannsloch. With a short ascent and equally long descent, you run to the border. Here you can cross the federal road and continue to the Reschensee lake, where the church tower of Alt-Graun, juts out of the ice. There are refreshment stops right at the national border.
